How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  • Review the notice and verify the claim within 72 hours.
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content pending investigation if the claim appears valid on its face.
  • Notify the content creator (if applicable) of the removal.
  • Provide the content creator an opportunity to submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed from eHelper.in in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include your contact details, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
