Independent & Non-Government Portal rudraansh@ehelpers.in

Last Updated: June 01, 2026. This policy applies to all guides, articles, and informational content published on eHelper.in.

Our Editorial Mission

At eHelper.in, our editorial mission is straightforward: to produce the most accurate, helpful, and easy-to-understand guides for Indian citizens navigating government services, banking procedures, and digital tasks.

We are not a content farm. We do not publish articles to fill pages. Every guide we publish exists because a real person — one of our readers — needs that specific information. We write for people first, search engines second.

Who Creates Our Content?

All content on eHelper.in is written by Rudraansh and the eHelper editorial team. Our writers are:

  • Domain-aware: Every writer assigned to a topic has hands-on experience with that specific government portal or service. We don't write about PAN card applications by reading Wikipedia — we go through the official NSDL/UTIITSL portals ourselves.
  • Citizen-focused: We write from the perspective of an average Indian citizen, not a legal expert or government official. If a step is confusing, we explain it differently.
  • Research-driven: Our team cross-references all steps with the official government portal, related circulars, and (where available) official FAQs before publishing.

Our Content Creation Process

Every guide published on eHelper.in follows a structured editorial process:

1
Research & Identification

We identify topics based on common citizen queries, government announcements, and real questions asked in our comments section or via email.

2
First Draft

A writer with domain expertise creates the first draft. This involves personally navigating the relevant government portal, documenting every step, and noting any common errors or warnings.

3
Editorial Review

A second team member reviews the draft for accuracy, clarity, and completeness. They verify all steps against the official portal independently.

4
Source Verification

All factual claims are linked to or verified against official government sources — .gov.in or .nic.in portals, official gazette notifications, or NPCI/RBI announcements.

5
Publication

The guide is published with a clear publish date, author attribution, and last-modified date. All external links are marked with rel="nofollow" where appropriate.

6
Ongoing Review

Published guides are reviewed whenever a government portal updates its interface, a policy changes, or a reader flags an inaccuracy.

Our Writing Standards

  • Plain Language: We avoid bureaucratic jargon. If a technical term is necessary, we explain it inline.
  • Numbered Steps: All procedural guides use numbered steps so readers can follow along without losing their place.
  • Warnings and Tips: Important cautions (like "your application will be rejected if...") and time-saving tips are highlighted in coloured alert boxes, not buried in paragraphs.
  • Currency of Information: Every guide displays both a "Published" date and a "Last Updated" date so readers know how recent the information is.
  • No Clickbait: Our headlines are descriptive and accurate. We do not use exaggerated or misleading titles to attract clicks.
  • No AI-Only Content: While we may use AI tools for research assistance, all final content is written, reviewed, and approved by a human editor before publication.

Sponsored Content & Advertising

eHelper.in displays advertisements through Google AdSense to support our free content. Our editorial content is completely independent of our advertising relationships. We do not:

  • Accept payment to write positive reviews or guides about any service.
  • Let advertisers influence which topics we cover or how we cover them.
  • Publish sponsored articles disguised as editorial content.

If we ever publish sponsored or affiliate content in the future, it will be clearly and prominently disclosed at the top of that page.

Handling Conflicts of Interest

Our team members are not permitted to write guides about services where they have a direct financial interest. All editorial decisions are made based on what is most useful for our readers, not what benefits any third party.

Comments Policy

We welcome comments and questions from our readers. However, we reserve the right to remove comments that:

  • Contain sensitive personal information (Aadhaar numbers, PAN, bank details).
  • Are spam, promotional, or entirely off-topic.
  • Contain abusive, hateful, or threatening language.
  • Spread misinformation about government services.
